The first wave of shipping is now mostly complete, barring a few, so I'm going to start compiling a list of backers who haven't been shipped yet and who now have only complete designs and start fulfilling those, adding to the list whenever I get a new design finished that will complete orders.

With that in mind I've been working on the most popular designs that were unfinished.

Shiping Progress

There are 60 orders from wave 1 left to process, these should all be done by early next week.

The remaing orders will be printed and shipped as the designs needed to complete the orders are finished.

These are part of the 'Town' set and can be combined for a larger town area (the missing one I've not finished yet is the Town gate).

Shipping Status

Almost 200 parcels have been shipped so far with the remainder progressing nicely.

Second Digital Collection

Another set of codes will be distributed via BackerKit later today, these codes will allow all backers that receive Stretch Goals to access the next twenty digital designs from our shop for £0. There are detailed instructions on how this works in the last update (#38)

These files will also be setup on DriveThruRPG and those codes distributed too, although it may be a while until they're all ready; it's currently just quicker to make them available on our site.

I'll work on getting the next twenty ready via our site too.

Remaining Designs and Shipping

The 20+ designs that aren't complete yet are unlikely to all be ready by the end of August, this is mainly because the other KickStarter tasks keep taking time away from drawing. I'm hoping that when the bulk of the shipping is done I'll be able to spend more time finishing those designs. 

With that being said, I'm going to change from a second bulk shipping wave when all designs are finished to a more piecemeal approach where I'll ship orders as the designs needed to complete those orders are ready.

Locking Answered Pledges

I'm going to lock down all answered pledges as this is needed for the digital codes to be distributed. When locked down you can't add more products or change the options you've already picked, but you can still change your address details if needed. Also it's possible to unlock a pledge by request if required.

I'll also be setting the pledge status of digital reward only backers to 'Shipped' even though there is no product to post, this will help track backers with physical rewards pending.

The Pre-Order Store is Removing Physical Rewards in a Week

This doesn't affect existing backers, but the pre-order section of BackerKit (for people who missed the KickStarter) will have the option to buy physical mats removed at the end of next week. Digital rewards will still be available for pre-order.

So if you know anyone who was interested in getting a mat and missed the KickStarter, they have a week to order.

Alternative Digital Downloads

It's taken a little while to setup, but I'm happy to say we can now offer our own digital download service alongside the titles being available on DriveThruRPG.

This will be managed via our own webSite, full details are in this update, after these new design pictures.

This is the same 20 designs that have already been made available via DriveThruRPG, but arranged as individual .zip files per design and size combination.

As we add more titles they will be made available via DriveThruRPG and on our site in bundles of around 20 designs each.

The discount codes that will make this a £0 purchase will be sent out via BackerKit later today.

As well as the email you can access the downloadable products from your account area.

We're using Amazon S3 to deliver these files so download speeds should be pretty reasonable.

Shipping has Started

The first test batch of pledges have been shipped, this has given us chance to see how the exporting/importing of data, packing, label purchasing, parcel drop off etc. will work.

And it's looking good to have the first wave complete by the end of next week.

So if your pledge is set as 'Ready to Ship' in the Pledge manager (BackerKit) then it should be on it's way soon.
